Supported platforms

AntiLua targets Roblox Luau. A filename extension does not enable support for a different language runtime.

Roblox Luau

Use source written for the Roblox Luau environment in which the script will run. Check that the same APIs and runtime dependencies are available when testing the protected result.

Accepted input

.luau

Meaning: A Roblox Luau source file.

.lua

Meaning: Accepted as a file extension when its contents are Roblox Luau.

.txt or pasted text

Meaning: Plain text containing Roblox Luau source.

Plain output

The result is protected Luau source. Copy it, download it from the workspace, or save the API response’s code field to a file. Keep any dependencies required by your original application.

Use Roblox Luau source and validate the output in the same target environment as the original.
